I took a trip to Canada right before the fantasy hockey season started. I had my computer in the trunk of my car. As soon as I crossed the border, it froze. I searched around looking for a new computer, but all I found was trading posts trading moose meat. I had to wait six months before I got a new computer (because of the "survival season" in Canada, where people just stay inside and watch hockey all day because it is so cold outside, and thermometers don't even work because of the frigid temperatures.) Then as soon as it got warm enough, I came back (by snowmobile, because nobody owns cars). Then I bought a new computer and found the fantasy hockey season was over. That's why I didn't/couldn't talk smack.

why couldn't he wait another week or two to show up so i could have won my first week..... on pace to match the tigers winnless season.

That's why you need to be a commissioner, round. As the baseball commissioner, I just scheduled myself to play a Canuckian (Jammertime) in the first round so that I could automatically get off to a great start.

What? I thought that was our spring training? I was resting my starters to save them for the season.

Actually, 29 of the 30 MLB teams have started their season already. The Tigers will be starting up tomorrow. They are spotting everyone else 7 games just to make things more competitive.
