If we don't beat USC, it will be so I told you so by the media. Ohio State and Mich 1 and 2 and vise versa, as it should be, forever amen.

Lloyd was born to be outcoached. USC 24, UM 21. But I'll be rooting for the maize and blue.

A homer? Yeah. Only Homer Simpson would make that prediction!

You've been in Seattle too long, my friend. Time to come home.:pound:

I see Tater didn't actually make a prediction. And, he seems to have criticized MY prediction after the game was well underway.

But, in Sparty defense, If the game was against UM and State, I would be rooting for State.

Football belongs to the fans most willing to burn a couch, IMHO.

If UM loses, are you going to throw your couch in the street and set it on fire?

Michigan loses 32-18. Michigan had terrible defense giving up big plays all game long, and there secondary got exposed. Jarrett had 11 receptions for 205 yards, and Smith had over 100 yards himself for USC.

Looks like they borrowed the O line from the Lions...
They should have know that USC would be blitz happy... guess a month wasn't enough time to prepare for the Condoms (er trojans)

What? I predicted both OSU and Michigan would go down a month ago.

I also predicted U of M would go down earlier in this thread AND responded to you only 4 minutes after you posted (which I do believe was prior to the start of the game).

Now you see why nobody outside of Michigan wanted to see a rematch of U M and OSU. Michigan clearly is not a #1 team. OSU may get their butts whooped too. These big ten teams cannot hang with real teams.

    Yep. Including the Green boys!

In a nutshell, Carr and his offensive staff were once again to conservative. The trojan staff knew that the ball would go to Hart as M never utilized the two back format the whole season and only once in the first half did they even run another body at the RB position.

They still went with the short passes instead of throwing beyond the 1st down marker and not only was Michigan's offfensive line left in Ann Arbor, the secondary must have missed the flight too.

USC came out throwing after halftime and the Wolverines came out with more handoffs to Hart???? No razzle dazzle reverses, no slant passes Breston and no long passes to Manny. Even dropping back in the shot gun may have avoided some of the sacks. I think that makes Henne 0-6 in OSU and Bowl games.

I saw doom on the wall a month ago when UCLA beat USC. I knew USC would not lose two consecutive games in the Rose bowl. Michigan would have had a better chance vs LSU. There wer still some folks out there that thought that M should be in the BCS title. Now for the next couple of weeks I have to deal with the gloating from my USC grad wife, like I did 2 years ago.

Hey, I'm still loyal to Sparty. I just can admit they suck! I mean, I can't even try to lie about it, can I? I can't pass the blush test.

Just the same, I guess I'll root for BSU tonight since it is the biggest game these yokels have ever seen around these parts. BSU has a nice team, but I think it's gonna be like Michigan. When they run into a real team they won't be able to hang with them.

BSU 14-0 in the first 5 mins...could be a long game for the Sooners if Peterson doesn't breakout...still early though

USC looked so much better that I'm not even very upset about this game. More humiliated.

What a strange contrast between the first and second halves for both teams.
