Most interesting thing to me right now besides the Pistons is whats going on in Miami.

All 3 opted out and were due 20mil/per next year leaving Miama with 55 mil in cap space . Do all 3 sign back up at say 12 mil per leaving enough money
to sign say Mello? Or do they just use the extra cash to build a half way decent team around them this time.

I highly doubt they are all leaving as they have said that they still want to still play with each other. Uless they find another team that has that kind of cap space open.

And Lebron wants a max contract. Which he will get, either in Miami or elsewhere.

I don't think so. I think LeBron may take less now for a chance at some rings.

More championships mean more endorsements. He made 53 mil in endorsements alone last year.

He's got enough money to make his great-grandchildren happy.
I don't see Lebron as being motivated by money anymore.
He's looking for glory and admiration. About 3-5 more championships should do it.
That will narrow down the teams he's willing to sign with.
It's a shame that Stuckey is well past his prime or we might...oh, never mind.

no one would take them serious any longer if they signed Mello.

Who is the Summer League coach?

I think it should be Loyer with Chris Jerebko and Rip as the assistants.

Pistons extended Monroe the $5.5 million qualifying offer. This means that the Pistons can now match any offer. If Monroe doesn't sign with another team, he becomes an unrestricted free agent next summer.
