Some say this Orlando Magic team can challenge Boston for the EC crown, I am not convinced of that, however the Pistons will have their hands full against D Howard and his friends.

I think it will still come down to Celtics, Cavs and Pistons.

The Magic are a nice little team. They are pretenders. They have a weak backcourt and with the exception of Howard a soft frontline. :help2:

Jameer Nelson has been very good this year.

Did you see what they did to the Hornet, Christmas day ?
88-68 with a 30 point lead at times.
    Nelson may be most improved.

I'm not going to enjoy watching Jameer Nelson eat up Stuck/AI. Hopefully, owning the Magic will be something that never changes. It's makes me happy LOL

In general i'm not all impressed with them, but with us teetering it's kinda hard to call.

they are the same team, excpet better, if that makes any sense. Jameer Nelson, who was a liability last year, will probably be a strength this year (he's going to love Iverson's "defense").

Still a three-happy team. However this year they have Battie to keep defenses honest, and Pietrus, who is their best defender.

This is definitely a better team than the one the Pistons eliminated last year, especially Jameer Nelson .

Lets hope the Pistons don't take them as lightly as some of us are. If the Pistons are strugging to beat the Thunder and the Wizards and blowing leads in nearly every game, lets hope they wake up and defend the three and use as many fouls as they have available on Howard.

Oh believe that Jameer will try to get off in this game. I know for a fact that he's happy that Chauncey is not here anymore but he's still sad cause Rodney is going to bug him as well. Watching the Pistons play them last year, Rod really loves to aggravate Jameer. But if Jameer trys to do what I said, he's going to cost his team some what.

We need to win this game for the sole purpose of the meltdown the Magic forum will have. I could make some popcorn and read that for hours. :)

    edited to add;

ORL SG is 6'5.When did that happen? Stuck on him. AI on Jameer. Ok that scares me. Maybe Rip needs to come back more than i originally thought, but no small ball!!

Sounds kind of cruel, to use their angst for heat to pop your pop-corn. But go ahead, enjoy.

Oops, getting ahead a bit. Got to win the game first. We can definitely beat Orlando. The question is, will Curry try? Cause the rest of the team surely will. But trying means stuff like playing Kwame on Howard, and generally not ever giving Orlando matchups to exploit. As we have a very deep versatile team, there is absolutely never a reason to have a poor matchup out there for us.

I would take TG straight from the parking lot to the court to see if the groin is loose. He doesn't even need to change. Next I'd look into hiring Jeff Gillooly as an assistant coach.

Hey Wart, seriously man, it's been 2 years. I need a picture from the game. It doesn't have to be good, so long as it is anything except the spare tires.

Can you hook a brother up?

If you get one, email it to roscoe36 @ theforumdomainname

Against Dwight Howard, that would make a lot of sense. This is why we have Kwame.

I hate this spin the wheel and name the starters crap. That should be next to go after small ball to start the game.
