I have been watching the '87 ECF game against the Celtics, the game in which Isiah messed up in the final seconds. I had forgotten that was the same game that Robert Parrish showed his true cowardly ways by his sneak attack on Bill Laimbeer. When I saw it, I became as enraged once again as I did when it first occurred. I know that Lambs was a rough and tough player and gave no quarter, but that was as unwarranted as it was unpunished. The "chief" got absolutely no punishment for that attack, another player had fouled just before it. And although the sneak threw three punches that connected, he threw another afterwards that just missed. I don't remember anything so blatantly unwarranted and so blatantly unpunished in the NBA.
