Do you think the Patriots would be interested in swapping us Owners, GMs, Coaches, Players and Scouts?

If everyone is traded, who would actually be doing the swap?

Giants just scored to make it a 3 point game with 1:04 left. It's going down to the wire baby!

Looks like it's over after Vrabel recovers the onside kick.

Man, the Patriots even make an onside kick recovery look good. That's coaching, talent and execution at its finest.

    Well, let's consult the checklist:
    CHECK

Oh yeah, they also became the first team in NFL history to go 16-0 in the regular season.

Will this regular season be as impressive if the Pats fail to win it all?

    Your thoughts?

Dontcha wish the Lions brass would have taken the local UM grad Brady in the 2000 draft?

They took such future all-pros as Stockar McDougle. Barrett Green, Rueben Droughns, Todd Franz, and Quenton Reese. All these guys did was help the Lions sink deeper in the hole. Brady was number 199 overall.

That comeback pass to Moss after the drop was killer!!

If they lose in the playoffs, every single one of the records they set this season will always be followed by, "yes, they set this or that record, BUT..." There's no question that they have to win the Super Bowl to validate everything they've already done.

I completely agree D4E. While the perfect regular season and all of the other records set this season are EXTREMELY impressive, in order to be considered for "Best Team Ever" status or for it to be considered a truely "Perfect Season", they need to run the table as the Dolphins did.

I'm happy the Lions never got hold of Brady...his career would have probably been a train wreck.

The odd thing about that Dolphins team was that they weren't considered a particularly dominant club--they were even the underdogs in the Super Bowl to the Redskins! The next year's Dolphins team that repeated as champs was probably a better team.

Excellant game. What I noticed is how unLion both teams were. Instead of settling for a FG and a 6 point lead telling the other to get a TD to win, the Pat iced it with a TD.
The Giant pass-rush may be the best in the league this year, they hit Brady hurried him and sacked him twice, yet they scored 38 pts.
