Shouldn't we move this post to the "gardening" thread?
It ain't nothing but sour grapes.:boink::pound:

Impressive. But I hear Bill Laimbeer's 6 year old twins are really upset that you are ahead of them.:pound:

The gardening thread may be a good spot.

"I come not to praise him, but to bury him."

(Or was it the other way around?).

Yea, to this point, my 6-year-old golden retrievers (Redsox and Lasalle) are getting beat pretty good by Roscoe. My dogs had never played in a 3-"person" league before. Roscoe is playing tough, though, and my dogs are suckers for trade proposals. The season is still young. Don't count the dogs out just yet...

You know, Golden retrievers are known to be one of the more intelligent breeds. Roscoe's accomplishments never cease to amaze. It's comforting to know we have such a man at the helm.

The league I am in is very competitive, I couldn't muster a better finish than 5th last year.

I missed the live draft, lucked out on some great selections, and worked the beejeezus out of free agency.

It speaks volumes however that I am unable to do well in our league. I think everyone here is catching on fast, including baseballers, webz and darth tater (:P).

You know, the way that you can really tell how good a manager is would be by the number of All-Stars they have on their team. This could take a while, but I'm going to go count these up for each of our teams. Hold on.....

Looks like it will be a tie score after today! :pound:

    DARTHKO:

I notice that you are currently participating in 14 leagues!!!

    What, no day job???

With those odds, you are bound to hit it lucky in at least one league.
Too bad it won't be this one!!

Don't bother to watch the stats every 30 minutes. The result will occur right on schedule on Sunday night.

    Patience!! :)

    Woody,

You must be smoking 14 different things because I'm only in one league. Go enjoy the big lead you'll get today because it's gonna be short lived buddy boy.:gun1:

It looks like Woody is beating Darth 9-0. Could be a shake-up in the standings this week...:stirthepot:

    DARTHKO:

I checked your profile on YaHoo Fantasy Baseball.

It says you have a 65% rating in 14 leagues.
You have managed 14 teams since 2004.

Obviously, you have no life. Probably, no wife either. Idaho is just the place for you!!

Woody, I've only been in 7 fantasy leagues in 3 or 4 years.

    1 Baseball
    3 Football
    1 Hockey
    2 Basketball

    Total of 7

Of the 6 completed, I've been the champion in 4.

Those other things listed in there are final 64 prediction brackets & stuff like that.

My ranking is very high, particularly if you only look at the fantasy leagues.

I have a lovely wife and wonderful family. Why they put up with the likes of me I will never know.;)

Now hush. I don't think a guy sitting in last place and 47 games out of first place behind me at the all star break should be talking about other people's ability to run a fantasy team.:pound:

Oh, the humiliation. The pain. The indignity!! Never will they hold their heads up again. They should shoot the franchise.

Ohhh...the Phillies lost their 10,000th game?.. Big deal.

I was talking about the 5-6 loss Darth's Phillies suffered at the hands of Woody's last place scrubs! :rofl:Woody, you always save your best for me.

Not only that but Roscoe is back from the almost dead and is in the middle of the pack of playoff contenders with a whopping and convincing victory over Winless.

I mean...I suppose anything can happen.

Only a 16 1/2 game lead over the second place (flavor)team of the week for me.
    7 weeks to go.
Looks like a first place bye is imminent for Darth's Phillies (Good thing I'm done with Woody).
