Okay, Watkins at #4?
Reading this thread is like herding cats. You guys don't have a clue where to place the players. But then, neither do the pundits, Mayhew, the press and anyone else. A crap shoot. But it's fun to watch all you guys in the pool at the same time. Now, if I only had a shark .... "Who's on first, no he's on third, no what's on third, ..."
I wasn't asking you who's on third.
Ok my bad, since the draft isn't til 5-8 [?] we can do do-overs til 5-5. I was thinking you would need to change all of your picks to reset your draft. I Manziel doesn't go #1 all my picks shift up 1 spot.
D. Clowney DE) 2. G Robinson (OT) 3. Mack (OT) 4. Watkins 5.? Jack Matthews (OT) ? Bortles (Qb)?
The experts say this is a really deep draft. Trading up may not be necessary unless you are going for one of the 4 studs in the draft (that we have listed in our top 4). You could draft a starter anywhere in the first 5 rounds.
Raiders? Needs: OL,QB , WR Matthews and Bortles ?
I think Johnny Football will go next.
Raider, Falcon, Bucs, Vikes, Bills LION
1. Clowney. (DE) 2. G Robinson (OT) 3. Mack (OT) 4. Watkins. (WR) 5. Bortles (QB) 6?
Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M, seems to be a popular choice for the Falcons here.
]1. Clowney. (DE) 2. G Robinson (OT) 3. Mack (OT) 4. Watkins. (WR) 5. Bortles (QB) 6 Matthews (OT)
#7 - Tampa Bay Buccaneers #8 - Minnesota Vikings As for Tampa, it could be Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M. Lovie Smith really likes Johnny Football.
** Totally agree on Evans and Manziel 1. Clowney (DE) 2. G Robinson (OT) 3. Mack (OT) 4. Watkins. (WR) 5. Bortles (QB) 6 Matthews (OT) 7.Evans (WR) 8. Manziel (QB) 9 Buffalo Ebron ((TE)? Or LB or RT?
Actually, Lovie Smith is the Tampa coach and I wasn't sure if he would want Evans or Manziel. I can't see either of these two guys falling below 8, though, so we may not be too far off.
It looks like Buffalo would love to get an offensive lineman. If Robinson or Matthews are available here, the Bills would snag one of them. I think they would grab Watkins or Evans at WR here, too, if they dropped. If all those guys are gone, I bet they will go with Taylor Lewan (OT) from Michigan.
I've seen both predicted in drafts but more said Ebron. ( lots said Evans but he's gone). Nemo, Thee, anyone else care to break the tie? Then we can move on to the Lions. Lewan, or Ebron?
I'd like to see Woody break the tie.
