Ben Wallaces last game. Kind of sad. He may return but who knows. Sounds like he could have been changing his mind but it may have been emotional.

Good game. As predicted the 09 FA boys start showing up once we are out of the playoffs. Good game anyway.

They were .500 since the 4-20 start. Lots of work to do this offseason.

    - I kind of miss the old half time shows. The kind where you did not get blown out of your seat from some has- been act you have never heard of before. Bad enough to be some performer you never heard of but to be a has been as well is the worst. I would like to have seen Salt n Pepa though. Chubby Checker was entertaining but they forgot to turn off the music that he was lip singing to after he left. Kind of sums up the season.

The headbands made the Pistons seem more athaletic.

I was dreading watching this game, but couldn't take my eyes off of Big Ben once I started.

I don't know why the idiot coach waited so long to start Wallace. They could have been playing like this all year if the coach wasn't trying to lose!!!

Perhaps the clueless coach will have Ben Gordon playing with a blue headband from the get-go next year.

The good news is Ben Gordon's value is way up going into the off-season!

I think this good last game by Charlie G is really going to help him push himself in his grueling summer workouts.

I sort of think that because Ben's exit was so good, that it may actually influence him to call it quits.

He had a season high in rebounds, the Pistons dominated the game, and the atmosphere was pure feel good. He has nothing more to prove. Go home, enjoy your family, and settle into the role of legend.

Lots of workouts, naps and inspirational tweets to look forward to this summer.
I'm thinking Joe offers him an extension by the end of today.

I just saw a quote by CV that said that he needs to take a long vacation and will reassess his options after that (seriously).

He's been on vacation ever since Joe signed him.
    What options does he have?
...Keep sucking or magically figure out a way to start playing up to the value of your contract?

I'd like to see him go with the option of walking into Joe's office and demanding to be released from his contract. He could then go play Euroleague ball or something.

It hasn't gone in very much this year but Ben Gordon has one of the most aesthetically pleasing jumpers in the league.
