Foles has been on the team for two years.
And finally figured it out. Having Coop out there helped.
Cooper lacks separation skills but he is a big strong guy that won't let anyone take the ball away from him. I think he will continue to do well given Foles accuracy. They are 4-5 @ Green Bay Washington @Arizona Detroit @Minnesota Chicago Dallas A relatively easy remaining schedule. I'm going to guess three (3) more but I don't even have a clue as to which games they will win or lose. They haven't won at home in 9 straight games but I predict they will win two of the remaining four at home and one of the road games. makes 7-9. Not so bad after 4-12. My hope is that in two years they will be serious contenders.
GB should be ripe for the taking.
Well now that Foles is legit you can trade him for picks. Like you always do. You don't want anyone upsetting the incumbent. Vick needs free reign to play well, he doesn't need Foles breathing over his shoulder. He could fall out of his comfort zone. And be uncomfortable.
Are you nutso loco cuckoo Mr.? The team is winning with Foles. Vick is getting ready to be put out to pasture. He is slowing down and he misses games every season. Vick is NOT the franchise quarterback. He likely will never start another game for the Eagles. Send him and Barkley on the first trains out of town. If Foles isn't the man, look to draft one next year. Vick is breathing down Foles neck right now and it doesn't seem to be bothering HIM. I like Vick. Good luck on some other team.
Good call. You should apply for nemos job.
Heck...I picked the Eagles last Monday.........
Well, at least you got one correct.
Speaking of Foles his quarterback rating is 132.5. I was watching a press conference and somebody asked him about whether he thought he looked like Napoleon dynamite. The movie that made fun of Idaho because lots of people say he does remind them of him. Oh my gosh he sure does. And he Talks just like him too
Eagles should make the playoffs as the rest of the East teams haven't decided to be successful yet. Giants have won 3 in a row and have been known to make late season runs, but an 0-6 start... The Cowboys look lost out there whenever they need a big win and RGIII just won't make a run this time. With that in mind...the Eagles have time to polish up their defense so they resemble a playoff team.
It's not the same when you win by default. But if they continue to grow and make the playoffs it will be really nice. Their next three are at home. Washington, Arizona, Detroit. All 3 are winnable. They need 2 of 3.
I thought you can't win at home.
They haven't but things can change. The games are winnable. Doesn't mean they will. I think they break the streak tomorrow. They can beat Arizona too. The Lions will be tough.
I understand that FOX is televising the beloved children's story Heidi at 4pm est. They want to commemorate that fateful showing that occurred 45 years ago today. Hopefully...the Eagles have decided their outcome already. Heidi Game - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This is a MUST win game. Not so much in terms of the standings but in terms of showing where they really are.
It appears to be the ONE game that all of us agreed upon at the Picks......... However, the Eagles have let us down before...........
If you lose this, Eagles have the worse home field psychosis ever.
24-0 goes to 24-16 in the end after RG3 leads the Skins to two late touchdowns and 2 successful two point conversions. Then to Eagles 17 with less then a minute left. INTERCEPTION eagles WIN. Whew!!!
Bye Arizona Detroit @Minnesota Chicago @Dallas The Eagles could win all of these games. Or lose each of them too. Have they truly now taken the Home monkey off their back? The big one will probably be the finale at Dallas. It looks like 9-7 wins the East. All of the remaining teams excluding Minnesota still hold playoff aspirations. Anyhow sitting at 6-5 and looking at a bye is much better than people predicted. I forgot who I bet with on this forum about the combined over/ under on the Eagles and Lions together but I'm pretty sure I'm winning if I haven't already done so. I just don't know what to expect the rest of the way. I really don't and listening to the Philadelphia sports shows nobody else has a clue either. But we are all enjoying the ride!
