Winning so much over the last 6 years, it's very easy to fall into the trap of negativity and getting angry. So here is a Piston thread you can come to, to read some Piston positivity; and here is my contribution.

It's been over 7 games since Sheed has had a technical!!!

Walter Sharpe is a promising rookie. The Pistons are 5-0 when Walter plays. I think we will spend a lot of time in the offseason wondering if we could have gone 82-0 if he was in the regular rotation.

It's too bad he wasn't seated court side yesterday because he could have had gotten a tech and been suspended for a game he wasn't playing in.

Walter Hermann looks like the new "Mr. Big Shot" after his 3 pointer with 13 seconds left.

This is a conspiracy! JoeD forces curry to put sharpe in when we are blowing the other team out to make us fans THINK hes a great player.

Now that is a positive. I wish I could think of some more but...

Spot minutes as a backup C is all Dyess should get. He's killing them out there.

    a) Season tickets will be cheaper next year.
    b) We'll have an almost entirely new team to get acquainted with.

I am really looking forward to next season. See what kind of moves are made over the summer. Hopefully it will be the start of a new winning era.

I was worried about the backup PG spot going forward after the Chauncey trade.

    I'm not anymore.

The Pistons have not lost a game that I attended either.

Unemployed at the moment. I have not been to and do not plan to go to any games, so I know my streak is going to continue.

I know this is suppose to be a positive thread, but since you bring it up.

Yes, Dyess is killing us. His win percentage of only 41% is in sharpe contrast to Sheed who is at 62% win percentage.

Indeed, if not for the wins that Dyess gets when paired with Sheed, he is otherwise in the low 30's in win percentage.

In other words, if Dyess steps onto the floor, without Sheed, the chances are that about 70% of the time, the other team will outscore us.

Dyess, in player duo's, only shows positive when paired with Sheed. He shows negative in every other pairing.

But I got some positive news for the thread.

Amir is positive when paired with every player on the team. Except Dyess.

    Sorry Nemo.
As bad as the current coach is, I STILL don't pine for the good old Flip days.
