I wonder if he got the whole MLE. Doesn't block many shots. Good FT shooter. Major downgrade from Ben overall, but he does have playoff experience. Isn't Nazr as serviceable as Pryzbilla? At least Nazr has a ring.

Mohammed better pull off his 04-05 numbers in New York. In 28 minutes he averaged above 10 points and 8 rebounds. If he doesn't I'm going to lose it:mad:.

Don't start Dice. At least Dice can come of the bench and heat up Nazr can't do that. He better work his ass off or he'll die with Flip.

Mohammed's last contract was $25 million for 5 years. I bet Joe D offered the MLE to both Pryzbilla and Mohammed and said, "the first one to take it, gets it". There isn't much to choose from out there right now...

    Jason Maxiell for starting center.

Hell, Cheick Samb is better than Nazr "Stonehands" Mohammed.

Nazr had 6.2 and 5.2 in 17 minutes last season. Great move for Mohammed. He'll probably start again.

Sounds about right. "The take it or leave it" theme continues in Detroit.

Re-read what I wrote. I said a great move for Mohammed. What would you do, bud? As Laimbeer said there isn't much out there right now. Should Dumars sit around and mourn Ben and not do anything to replace him? You find a replacement.

for Christ's sake. Well at least the Anti-Ben Brigade will not have to worry about missed FTs ruining our title chances.

....Hell, they won't have to worry about title chances for that matter.

I think Nazr's minutes went down a lot last season. He's probably happy to go someplace where he can start. That's what I meant.

I'll bet Christ could play the 5 pretty good.
