WRONG! Nazr was positive in the win over the Jazz. He also had 17 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist, and 3 blocked shots. Nazr was only -1 against the Knicks. He did have 20 points, 14 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals and 4 blocks, though. You forgot to mention that. Quit the hating. Let it go. Free Nazmo! It seems to me that hating is not quite the right word to apply to well thought out criticism of an athletes performance. I don't recall anyone on this forum every posting anything negative about him as a person, or negative about his attitude and effort, so quite the contrary to hating Nazmo, I think most of us like him and respect him including myself. You do have a point though about us beating his poor playing abilities to death. So I agree we should let it go. Why not just close the thread. Thanks
So what if he has some good games. Good for him, good for Charlotte. Good for Joe when he tries trading Murray. We seem to be doing OK since he left. At the very least, you could say that we were paying him for nothing because we already have enough bigs, even though he is capable of playing well.
Nazr with another poor showing tonight in a loss to NJ. Once he went back to the bench, he stopped producing.
You mean producing stats. Like getting rebounds while ignoring all other duties as a basketball player. Producing wins? That certainly was not happening. Now, as a bench player, he won't contribute toward wins either. No change in production at all.
Really I'm Happy Nazr is gone. He had potential, but we don't need another project player especially when he's been in the NBA 10 years. Primoz Brezec: he brings size to a team...that's about it....AND ALOT OF ENERGY.Also he doesent have a problem not getting minute he just wants to be a part of a winning team/family. Walter Hermann: This guy could really be good. Not this season though cause theres no room for him. In his emerging year he showed a lot. He could shoot. Rebound. Get to the rim. Eccentrically Dunk it. He plays with alot of energy
Nazmo has no potential as an NBA player except to get progressively worse now that he over 30. He certainly is not a project player. Herrmann is a mediocre version of V. Radmonovic of the Lakers.
Akhemm... ...anyway Radmanovic of the Sonics was not so bad... ...neither was Muhammad today against Celts.
18 points and 10 rebounds tonight for the Nazz as he nears KG's stats for the evening and hands Boston their second home loss of the season. Kevin Garnett was -5 for the game. The Nazz was +11. Start spinning.
Hermann didn't look bad guarding Nowitzki. Also, was Nazr a key to beating Boston that Pistons traded away?
I sure hope not..Nazr's replacement Mr. Breznec looked lost out there Saturday vs the C's...but so did Dice and Tay
concerning Brezec i can say, that he will never be a star(ter) at Pistons. But, he will always play whatever the coach will tell him, he is very unselfish player and i think that, as Brezec has extraordinary work ethics (in Charlotte they always said he trains too much), he will be good fit. But, for small tasks or time play only. just think of him as of a very dependable reserve cog for the Detroit machine. p.s. also, as Brezec has up till now played in toto what, about 9 minutes or so, i propose to wait with final judgement about him till he will have few more chances. just a thought.
I think that's probably right. Seems to me he needs to find better ways to channel his energy. There's a famous quote I can't quite remember, but something about don't mistake activity for progress. He puts out a lot of activity right now, but it isn't always doing much good.
