This league is still about out scoring people. An offensive center is better than a defensive center...for now anyway. If you play to their strenghts instead of doing the round hole, square peg thing.

And you guys were worried Nazz's big contract would hurt us.

The defense will get lit up with him and Hayes on the floor at the same time. Not enough speed.

HELLO Cap space! Long time no see!

    HELLO PT for Amir!

Expiring deals look REALLY good at the trade deadline. So does the MLE next season.

    Diop...you ready to move?

Let's hope not. Flip won't know how to best utilize too much talent.

I like how Tas thinks out of the box. Who could out score that group?

I like Yahoo better than ESPN which I am sure everyone knows. One of the problems is that so many of their articles require you to be an "insider".

I have tried Fox a few times but I can't seem to get into it on a regular basis.

Flip would stick with the starters even even as coach of the Eastern Conference All Stars

Not if Billups and Hamilton were All-Star reserves...

nba.com uses the +/- too. I think it is pretty good for box scores.

Nazr with 1 rebound in 20 minutes?!?

That's his only strong suit too! Ouch.

Oh, and I almost forgot, 5 personal fouls.

I watched this game. (I was trying to watch the Memphis game, but as Darko hardly played due to foul trouble, I kept turning it to the Charlotte game.) Mohammed did score on post move twice, once moving in from the left well, and once hooking it from the right. One time he stopped Horford from scoring, because Horford apparently ain't experienced enough to know that you don't challenge Mohammed directly - just go around the immobile object.

And he had a few assists off of posting up, simply hitting cutters.

Now the negative. Mohammed never got back on defense, and Atlanta was getting constant fast break points. Mohammed never ever even looked like he might even possibly get over to help when someone came waltzing down the middle.

Ok, I give it about 10 games before his new coach realizes the guy can't play and he just sits - with his management scratching their heads wondering what the heck they did - and how they can get rid of this horrid contract.

Well said Lee. Reminds me of when we 1st got him.

Charlotte fans are probably thinking the same about our new guys.

I noticed Darko was -15 for the game, but just about every other Grizzly was in the plus. Must not have had the blood flow working last night.

    Brezec is a bum.

The only reason he is still in the league is because he is over 7 feet tall and over 260 lbs.

He seems pretty unselfish. Some clever passes too.
