I see nothing but double digit losses...
I still hope for the best though...
    CAVS 4-0...

Probably so, but I figure the Pistons will steal one.

I foresee a boon to the broom industry.

The closer these games are the easier it becomes for Mike Brown because DET will cover themselves.

Ah man I hate to say it, but I believe it'll be Cavs in five games.

I'm still excited to see it though, nothing beats playoff intensity basketball for me. I'm looking forward to seeing what Stuck, Bynum, and Kwame bring to the table, and see how Curry coaches in a 7 game series.

Bad habits built through a season don't just dissapear. When the players need each other the most we will crumble.

If for some reason something amazing happens and we "flip the switch" we could win in 7.

I'll watch the first game. If it turns out to be the blowout that is expected, I'll skip game 2.

I'll also watch the first quarter of game 3 in the Palace. After sufficiently pissed off, I'll turn the TV off and for the first time in 6 years, enjoy the spring.

I can't decide what would be worse... losing 4-0 or 4-3.

I'm tempted to go with the 'putting me out of my misery' option. I don't think I could handle it if we somehow played out of our skins to push it to 6 or 7 and have Stern and the Zebras just hand it to LeWalk.

2 starters( Rip and Tay) plus bunch of roleplayers ( due to various reasons) are not exactly PO material.

i voted for pistons in 7. i actually believe Cleveland will sweep us, but since I'm likely to get any prediction wrong, I'd rather get a nice prediction right than a grim one.

The only chance I see for us to get a game would be if Cleveland looked past us. But I don't see that happening. They are hungry, and nothing would whet their hardware appetites and send subsequent opponents a message like beating the crap out of the pistons in the first round.

I did the same thing, but I picked Cleveland in 5 to be nice.:biggrin1:

It's going to be a long short series folks.:ouch:

The silver linings are that Curry will be fired (we hope) and we won't have to wait so long to see LA Dre's funny Piston's gone fishing pictures.:fish2:

Let's be real here, if the refs were clotheslining the CLE players while they were shooting DET would not win. The refs will not be needed in this one.

It also should be noted that the Pistons are man down essentialy buying out Billups and not replacing him.

Pistons go to Cleveland and win game one on a halfcourt heave from Sheed.

LBJ is still so upset at the start of the second game that he pokes himself in the eye while pretending to be running a movie camera and has to play the rest of the series with an eye patch. All of his shots are 1.5 feet off to the right.

Pistons win in five after Gibson hits 41 three pointers in game four to avoid the sweep.
