I would fire Millen and replace him with... anyone else. Then I would try to get the meanest coach I could find. Mike Ditka or some other cat to put a little fear into the young, spoiled, first round picks that we are stuck with. Maybe a tough coach could whip those fools into shape.

Trade one of our overrated WRs for a solid "O" lineman Acquire the best "O" lineman available thru Free agency (can you tell where I think the problem is?) Draft Young from Texas (very mobile QB who is a solid passer) Hire a coach with a winning track record in the NFL (this could be expensive)... someone that is creative and demanding. Tell Millen to take a hike.
First off you need to releave the Ford's of their ownership privledges because they have abused them long enough.Fire Millen and hire someone with experience at GM/President because he hasn't even learned on the job the last 5 years. I agree, get a mean screaming his head off, putting the fear of god into all of his players coach. I'd also give up on the west coast offense, and taylor my offense to the players that I have, instead of the other way around, which is what they seem to be trying to do.
