More likely no Samb or Johnson I'd suspect.

    Johnson is under contract.

This affects Acker and Blalock. Joe has signed neither, although Acker was given a qualifying offer he can accept and play out one year under.

I get the feeling that this was arranged a long time ago.

He can only hinder the development of Amir and Carlos.

I like him more than flip murray tho. Still...I have to agree with darth.

My guess is that he's just trying to stock up the bench again. =\

He has an inside presence and will replace the dunk-a-game we got out of ben to at least two-dunks-a game. :eyebrows:

Agree with cloudwalker that it looks like we are stockpiling players that we can use as throw ins for possible trade packages. If Joe has something up his sleeve lets wait and see how this plays out before we throw out anymore criticisms:fingerscr

Exactly, I think Delfino is part of a package... we could use another big so we can use D.D.'s contract.

Exactly. I would rather have Nik on the team. A bonafide scrapper with a jumpshot and some handles.

Delfino in trade is crazy if the Dupree signing is a clue.

Prince backed up by Dupree? PLEASE NO!

    It makes perfect sense!!!

Joe is stockpiling contracts that end in 2 yrs - L. Hunter, Flip, Dupree & Blalock - which equal about 6-7 million worth of expiring contracts. Plus 2 first round picks (maybe Chauncey @ 7 mill too???) thats almost enough salary to take KGs contract...
