Can't wait till the Bulls roll in. You think Sheed will do it to Ben?
That would be pretty funny.
Of course, that's all predicated on Stern not pushing through the proposed addition to subparagraph four of section 22 of article 271 of the NBA code which disallows making comments about the new ball.

You're talking about after the Championship. That was then. I wonder what the guys would say today?
The only problem I have with Sheed is that he doesn't take his man to the rim. He could take 99% of guys matched up against him and he doesn't.
It's much easier to roam in 3-land and play the 2-man game with C-Note. Less energy expended.
At least in the 4th quarter he should just own his man. He knows he can.
We'll see what he does this year, but he'll probably stay at the top of the key 90% of the time.
I'm glad you brought that up. I understand that one of the reasons for the proposed rule change is that the new ball is expected to be approximately 27% less truthful than the old one, due to its revolutionary microfiber composite Cross Traxxion™ technology.
maybe sheed got sick of ben complaining all the time....he may try harder now.
"That ball might be lying!!!!"
Hmmm. Is more flexible - works for both missed and made free throws.
I liked the belts. But if someone beats you they get the belt. Sheed didn't give up the belt. And that was a championship fight.
Part of the reason Sheed roamed the 3 was to let BBeen O rebound.
Yeah, and what did Ben do when he got the rebound? Look around for someone to pass to even though he was 4 feet from the basket. Sure, he got some putback dunks, but not much of an offensive force. I guess we don't have to worry about that now.
The belts were the beginning of the overconfidence.
I don't know about that. Crazy, yeah, but I think other players were thinking, "I want that belt". Making the target on their back even bigger.
Talk the talk, walk the walk. Come and get it. They came and got it.
Sheed better not come up lame again in the playoffs.
I had a partner who tried this reasoning once.
"I let you do all of the work and funding, because you are good at that."
Needless to say, that didn't work out so good.
No more Ben though so Sheed better get in the post. This team if it wants to win has got to go back to taking nothing for granted.
So what did the other guy do? Advertising and sales?
How about this? BBeen's O rebounding allowed Sheed to shoot the 3.
Or, Sheed's missing so many threes gave BBen a lot more O rebound opps.
It's a co-dependency thing.
He specialized in half-baked ideas, circa 1997 internet technology (in 2004) and power lunches with friends.
Surely one of his ideas hatched.
And you were jealous because you couldn't attend.
I don't believe in free lunches. You earn what you get.
Sheed has been getting free lunches away from banging in the paint or fighting for boards. The cheque is due. Ben took the greater share of Pistons hustle to Chi-town.
You will see Pistons fans get on Sheed the same way the Portland fans did. He's not a "carry the team" type guy, but his wage and skills are thrusting Mr. Wallace into the limelight again.
Remember, Ben will make this year close to what Sheed is making. Judge them accordingly.
