If we were choosing up players for a pick-up game and my next pick had to be a girl, I'd take Katie Smith. That girl knows how to play.

How in the world did we get to "Whose the hottest" in the WNBA in this thread? :pound:Anyway, I think Leilani Mitchell is my number one, Lauren Jackson is second and Sue Bird is third because she's as cute as a button.

Dre you gotta add Cheryl Ford to that list, I'm finally getting to the point where I don't see Karl when I look at her now; but my sweet Candace WOW!!!! I'm destined to be her baby daddy one day, if Plenette will let me out of the house [IMG]

Only Detroit fans would appreciate Pierson this much. Because we can recognize a great player and a great woman. :D

At the risk of hating some more LOL

I would probably rank Cash and Leilani in the "cute" category along with Riley

And that's one of the better pics of Deanna i've seen. Also Candace Parker actually looks better in her jersey. Go figure.

I completely forgot it was on. Damn early start times.:rant2:

Saw the second half. Nice. Didn't lose their cool then SanAn made a late run. This was the game they needed.

I am 100% certain God did not invent Tivo for the WNBA.

I saw the first half in my hotel room before being forced to go out to dinner with some fellow employees who were more interested in eating than watching any sporting event. I set my DVR to record it before I left home this morning so I could watch when I returned home Friday if my hotel didn't have ESPN2.

I was following the score updates on my Blackberry at the restaurant.......will somebody explain to me how they went from a lead of 65-52 to being tied 67-67?

I couldn't swallow my food wondering if the Shock had just had a complete collapse or had San Antonio put a wig on Tony Parker and had him out there penetrating the paint with ease....:sssh:....I had to refresh my screen for 10 minutes to make sure that the 77-69 score held up and the game was over.

One word "typical". It was a typical Detroit basketball game for the male or female version of the sport.:pound:
