Just an opinion. And it's stated as such.

If he is still on the board in the third round, then the Lions better grab him > imo after they pick up an offensive lineman and d-back of course...

I don't think he has the same speed as Barry Sanders.

Barry Sanders wasn't as fast as many thought. On many of his long runs, he was caught from behind. During film sessions with his offense line, they would all make "vacuum sucking sound" to tease the guy, as the defender closed ground on him.........

    Bowl eligible...finally...sigh

Beating Penn State next week would be fun...my brother-in-law went there.

Yeah, but after all of those close losses it kinda took the wind right out of my sails.

Do you think they will at least get into a crappy bowl even if they lose next week?

They'll get a bowl. They've lost some close ones, but I think they've proved they're a pretty good team.

They look primed for the Motor City Bowl...or is that reserved for the MAC Champion and Missour Valley League Champion??

My guess is that if they lost to Penn State (which I think they will do because this is the MSU chokers we are talking about) the Motor City bowl will be the only bowl that will take them (if they are lucky they will take them...and I think they will because it's the only way they are going to sell tickets to the game).

Geez...I'd be tempted to return to Michigan to see that. **slaps self**

Thanks for your thoughts Dre :cold:

I'm optimistic, so I'm thinking more along the lines of the Tidy Bowl ;)

Sparties are storming back. I don't care about their record...this is a FAR different team from JohnL's.

It seems like a better team but this year looks like they are snakebit...another loss.

Ok, thanks. I saw the box score and figured either it was a misprint or there was something in the goldfish crackers I just ate...

Silly guy, MVC doesn't have football.:)

Glad to see the real MSU (not that fake in Missouri) make a stand despite the TO misinformation.
