I'd rather pick him up than Jaric [STRIKE]or Webber[/STRIKE].

At the very least, he'd allow the Pistons to waive Flip Murray; at most, he returns to All-Star form and allows Davidson to lowball Chauncey.

Look if Dombrowski can spend millions on The Gambler at 41 and The Sheriff at 38, then the least Joe D can do is try and match him with Webber at 33 and Francis at 31

Maybe Matty the Magnificent can learn a thing to two from them and turn the Lions into the Kings of NFL instead of perpetual Tabbys like Smith did with the Tigers.

Dude, a good GM can never let a player hold him hostage. Not if he is doing his job and looking out for the best interests of the team.

The Garden crowd has seen this script before too, but the 19,207 who attended the Martin Luther King’s Birthday matinee were sufficiently entertained. The Knicks (17-22) won for the fifth time in their last six home games and did so with a dramatic flourish.

Or course you would want him only on the cheap, like Webber. This would make 4 [health] unreliable players on the team. CWebb, Dice, Lenz and Francis. If CB thought Francis was a counter piece to him he would bust out laughing. And JD could no longer look him in the eye. There has to be stronger PGs out there we can work.
