    I just got it.

LeBron, Kobe, Chauncey, Dirk etc can take over a game. They can produce wins for their team.

Nash can make his teammates better. Kobe, LeBron don't do that. And I would argue that Chauncey made anyone on the Pistons significantly better than last year.

His individual play has gone up several notches, but no one (save Rip; expected increases also owing to the change in systems) is having a career year playing off of him. And that in my mind is an MVP.

Now MOP? Then LeBron, Nowitzki or Kobe would be eligible. And Kobe should win over LeBron hands down. As Clarence Black said on WDFN last night, he's the best baller in the world right now.

    Max you guessed wrong.
Micro, Nash might meet his match in making BBen better O wise. I could see him showing BBen how to get the ball over the rim. <l;-0]

This would be one of those "gee, I guess it is a pretty simple game" moments.

What makes the Suns so tough is that there isn't anyone who can't score.

And, unlike the Pistons (who can by and large also make that claim), the Suns also get easy hoops.

Anyone that commands a double team and is willing to share makes his teamates better... LeBron does this.

I'm a big Nash fan.... nobody should have to defend this guy... he's certainly MVP caliber... my gut feeling is that Dallas beats the Suns and Dirk gets the MVP.
