Nice first game on his return last night, but not quite enough to beat the Mormons.

Boy would Stevie look good in a Piston uniform. Come on Joe time to call one in. Zeke must owe you at least one favor for all those years you made him look like a HOFer. LOL

    :hoops:

Actually, if Stevie is bought out, this could be a brilliant move.

We can cut Flip Murray if no one will take him, and eat the cap hit without paying tax.

Signing Francis for the remainder of the season will cost less than $300k and frankly, Francis would solve our scoring, driving, passing problem off the bench.

He just needs to be (1) healthy and (2) made to understand that he is a role player trying to win a title.

Frankly, all reports out of NY indicate he will have to come off the Knicks bench behind Crawford and Marbury. Would you rather come off the bench for the Knicks or the Pistons?

Stevie will be 30 next week. With his injury prone body he has maybe five years left and he is already a bench player. It could take those five year before Eddy Curry can even lead them to the finals:caked:

If he could jump ship to a contender, I am sure he would he would love to leave NY and come Detroit and get the ring that he may never get anywhere else. The problem is the Knicks are surprisingly still in the race so doubt if Zeke will give him up unless he is need of one of our bigs.
