Can we sign Mr Big Shot for 2 seasons for no more than 9 mil? 2 seasons for him to guide Knight to be our PG for the future. That's helluva better than paying Stuck. Hell, even signing Baron Davis for short term is better paying Stuck for 5 yrs.

    LET HIM WALK, JOE.

Memphis set the market for Stuckey with Conley's contract. I'd offer the same contract with maybe an extra $1 or $2., and Conley is scheduled to make $6.5M this year.

Conley signed last year under the old CBA so for Stuckey's agent to bring it up is not entirely fair. Who knows
what the cap will shrink to next year.

What's Afflalo signing for? Anyone know?

Thanks, maybe we should let Stuckey walk and sign him.
I remember 5 years ago when Prince's agent used Bobby Simmons as an example of what Prince should get paid. the bar.

    Kinda makes sense doesn't it?
Spellcheck is a much better fit with our current crop of guards.
    ...Better shooter
    ...Better defender
    ...Smarter
    ...Better teamate
...Better player in the crucial last 4 seconds of the first half.

I don't think it's a Stuckey or Afflalo situation, I think it's Alf or Gordon, I'd Give Alf $7-$8M/yr in a heartbeat and amnesty Ben Gordon. A 3 guard rotation of Stuckey, Knight, & Afflalo with Bynum coming in as a situational player; works for me! Problem with that is......will that ever be enough to be anything better than a 6,7 or 8 seed in the playoffs.

We're going to need the amnesty for Stuckey next year.
