I know there are more, but here are the two juiciest I can think of right now.

Drew Goodin: Revenge on the Pistons!
Finally after the humiliating loss to the Pistons when he was on the Magic team that had us down 3-1 before losing. Drew must be feeling pretty vindicated these days.

Carlos Boozer: Could have been in the Finals.
He left Cleveland for dead, but the beat him to the finals to take on the team that handed the Jazz their lunch. If Cleveland wins, Boozer will be drinking even more bitter dregs.

The Boozer situation had me thinking too, Oracle. Can't help thinking what that team would look like with Boozer instead of Gooden. The Cavs were very fortunate to be able to land Gooden but if they had not been burned by Boozer the Cavs might be a better team.

Would they have been more limited financially though? Still been able to sign Hughes?

Good point. It may have affected their ability to sign Hughes.

Could've, should've. It is a guessing game what could've happened. But at the same token, Utah has a very good core of young players. They have a top notch point guard. They should be good for years.

Boozer's in a pretty good situation, I doubt he's sweating it.

I'm not sure Gooden is sharp enough to remember the 2003 season.
