Can he board like that for the Pistons? Also, maybe they earn a chip on their shoulder by being blocked out by the "stars" and will try to prove that they can win it all with what they've got? Hopefully Pistons get positives coming out of this tournament.

Yeah he looked good and appeared that the ankle ailment was healed. Didn't like Walton's comment that he HAS to be available for the next game (to assure the that USA would win by 40). IMO he has to be ready for the Pistons season, so hopefully he doesn't aggravate it again and is not 100% when the season starts.

I'm totally blown away by the non stop barrage of information coming out of Walton's mouth on these broadcasts. It's impressive, but also grating after about 10 minutes or so.

If you aren't watching these games, then it is hard to explain. There is a constant stream of semi-interesting babble: books, quotes, geological facts, political analysis, history lessons, weather forcasting, etc.

It depends on whether or not Lebron James is dunking. At which point, he will be found cowering behind ball boy #2.

LOL> LOW now you bringing back bad memories of May 31st, 2007 a day that will live in infamy "when the Pistons crowned King James" at least temporarily I hope.

    Not a pleasant thought indeed.

I find Walton amusing. I don't take him too seriously.

I agree. I enjoy the odd nugget, innuendo that he slips in there that many people find insulting but it's really a cleverly veiled insight or criticism.

Today's sports fan can be too serious at times for their own good.

Prince is back. Appears to be %100 healthy again. Its Mello's turn now but its only supposed to be for 1 game in his case, minor tweak or something.

I don't remember anything recently with somebody getting injuryed like that. Somebody is trying to be a bit too flashy.
