Actually, the funniest part of the picture is Backus/Mulitalo double-teaming & Raiola standing there 'looking ready'...when Jared Allen was already deep in the backfield. Marinelli/Colletto should frame this picture and hang it in the locker room.
To be fair, the Lions play a zone blocking system, Raiola is a centre, and Allen is an end. But yeah, that's still a damn funny picture!

I'd put that on Backus more than Raiola. Either way, none of those 3 are the answer. I like Raiola, but he's just too small to get it done. He gets pushed back on every running play. Going against 300+ DTs isn't cutting it. I wonder if he'd work out as a Tackle? He seems to have more agility, toughness and speed than Jeff Buttkiss. He might match-up better against the smaller, quicker DEs.
