The Free Agents of '09 and '10

Since now Joe has some cap to work with which Free Agents from the '09 and '10 do you guys think will work great with Stuckey, Tay, Amir, and Maxiell?

Not to rain on the parade, but the LBJ's, Wade's, etc are not coming here. Boozer might be a more realistic option but i even have my doubts with that.

How about instead of a FA, we make a trade. Something like maybe AI at the deadline for Billups ?

I doubt if Carlos come play for us but hey you never know with everything is going on in the league. From that list, I can't really pick who I WOULD LIKE on the team.

I believe ESPN said we can offer them MAX Contracts. Not to mention if they want a chance to win a ring, Detroit will be a good choice.

I want Bosh, Amare, Lebron, Wade, or Kobe. I think Carlos Boozer will also be a good fit, but we have Amir and Maxiell.

Problem is outside of Bosh, all those ego's want to play in a big market. And Bosh is a big loyalty guy, i don't see him leaving TOR.

NBA TV keeps saying Chris Bosh?

Seems like he would be the best fit here. Hopefully his contract will be under maximum level and we will be able to afford another stud too after all our own re-signings.

Personally, I wouldn't be too upset with a scenario in where we signed both AI and Sheed for something "fair" and picked up a Marion or Okur this summer.

Think of how wild that would be if the team pulled off a championship run and went into the summer with the ability to add a really good frontcourt talent to their defending champion squad.
