Wasn't game 2,3,4 and 5 decided by final second shots? It was some good acting by Dirk/Bosh to hit their shots but you have to give James and Wade credit for shooting at the rim on purpose - that is talent.

Wang is also the coach. Rodney is not on this team anymore, though...

He officially changed his name to Lin Chih-Chien (translation = "the chosen 1") to tap into the endorsement market over there.

I thought maybe that was him. The Chinese government lists him at only 6'5".

no one here is saying that the NBA is fake and everything is planned in advance; what can't be denied is that the league is manipulating the outcome in order to increase its popularity. May it be rule changes, strange, often disadvantageous officiating or not calling any traveling at all.

Actually that is what the original post implies. Cloud believes LeBron played so poorly...(after he hit his first 3-4 shots)...because of a conspiracy. LeBron wasn't showing any effort on defense, he was standing around watching the game, no effort on the boards and somehow this is being controlled by the evil forces of the NBA.

How did LeBron's disappearing act have anything to do with rule changes, officiating or not calling travelling? That's right...it didn't.

I doubt Cloud actually believes it. I think he was probably bored and was just trying to stir up an interesting discussion.

Is that really considered such a bad thing in Kentucky?

    You're correct Bill.
I don't believe there is a conspiracy, as much I believe that things are contrived.
I don't believe LeBron is "in on things", as much as he was a victim of the game being called a different way for him up until the Dallas series and he wasn't equipped to adjust to the sudden "new rules".

I am often guilty, however, of taking the unpopular side and campaigning for it so as to fully represent the "Devils Advocate". Sometimes this gets me into "hot territory". Pun intended :pound:

That's how they elect public officials in Kentucky.

    You didn't know?
