The Heat looks pretty discombobulated out there. The question is whether the coach knows how to put these guys together and they're just not listening to him, or whether he's clueless and a bit part of the problem.

I love how the experts are all saying its a lack of bench... look at how many shots there being given and time in general.... of course there not going to have anything to show for there effort.

11 shots last night? thats it?

12 the night before against chicago....

The whole team is wade takes his turn, James takes his turn.... they both feel bad and toss bosh a bone. but the rest of the team just stands around and waits for the two superman's to do there thing..

    I'm loving it all btw

Yeah, when two guys take 56 shots for a team, there isn't a whole lot left for anyone, let alone your bench. I'm surprised Bosh gets as many as he does, alot of which probably aren't that great of shots as it is.

The problem isn't Bron and Wade hogging the ball, it's their offense. They have a lot of guys who absolutely cannot create shots for themselves. James Jones is completely dependent on a drive and kick. Mike Miller needs space to get open (and recently, miss shots). Joel Anthony just doesn't shoot under any circumstances. Pretty sure he caught a rebound under the rim last night, then kicked it out for a 3.

They should cut to the rim more than they do instead of running so many iso sets. What can a team really do if you get a good pick and LeBron or Wade cutting to the rim but give up the easy basket?

They finally get a win vs a quality team and with a little help from the refs are able to win it in crunch time. Kobe tried to be a hero with to many 40 foot three point bombs when maybe he should have tried to pass to Gasol, Bynum or Odom down low to at least get that high % shot.

Miami controlled the boards as Bynum only grabbed one in the first half...and Gasoft only got five the whole game. Bosh led the team in scoring and the heat bench finally outscored another teams bench 22-16. Lebron was 2 brds and 1 asssist short of a triple double.

There was no Stuckey type man love between the Lakers and the Heat in the end as Lebron went to give big hugs to his Bosh and Wade.

Spoelstra was still the happiest guy in the arena as he appeared to run off the court to meet with Riles, to make sure he didn't put his foot in his mouth during the post game show....

..Also, that was not Snoop Dogs wife sitting veryclose to him....:sssh:

They won because Bosh early and Wade late.. LA made a nice run in the third thanks to James trying to show he was the man and throw up circus shots that looked worse then what I would have done....

Question is... Will James be OK with Wade being the man down the stretch game in and game out?

I think he would be. Part of why he left Clev was so he did not have to take all the big shots.

Nah, that was just his excuse for losing. He wants the spotlight on him until things go sour...then the blame lies with others. Never his fault. Never.

Are you referring to the 9-0 run the Lakers went on where LeBron didn't take a shot? Because from when the score was 59-62 Miami to 68-62 LA, the Heat had 2 Bosh missed shots and 2 turnovers from Erick Dampier.

Miami doesn't struggle with LA like everyone else largely because of point guard play. Derek Fisher isn't going to exploit the deficiencies of anyone. Puts a lot less pressure on Wade defensively and gives Miami the ability to throw a mix of LeBron or Wade at Kobe.

na... was after the run itself as miami was slimming the lead, 3-4 different trips James was trying to do his part by not passing the ball to wide open shooters. The announcers mentioned miller being wide open on the wings.... he'd drive into the teeth of the defense then flick an underhanded wild prayer shot towards the backboard (can't even say rim since they were so far off)

As I watched the 4th Quarter and you saw Wade making shoots and Kobe making shoots and then the clown doing his attempt to live up to there standard it was pretty clear who is clutch and who isn't.

When sportsheads talk about him being clutch they always go back to his 27? points straight against Detroit years ago.... ummm that was pathetic def, and it was years ago. Sorta sad they don't come up with newer examples.

James is a great player, but he's a front runner.... when its tight, give the ball to Wade if you want to win james....

After the run, LeBron went 2/2 with a turnover to close the quarter. You keep mentioning these errant shots, but I'm looking at the play by play. They didn't happen.

Kobe went 2/5 in the 4th. He turned the ball over twice in final 2 minutes of the game. LeBron went 1/3 and hit the 2 free throws to ice the game.

When the Lakers' need Kobe the most to make a play, he couldn't. But somehow LeBron is the unclutch clown. HILARIOUS.

Heat won again beating the Rockets 125-119

The big three scored 94 pts, grabbed 33 rebounds and dished out 15 assists..

The Rockets grabbed a total 33 rebounds for the game.

The big three were 25-29 from the FT line. The Rockets team was 24-28 from the line...

They accomplish something like this, and you take notice and say "wow, these guys can really ball". And then you read stuff like this:

And then you quickly go back to hating them again.

If they were really serious about "making history", they'd just play 3-on-5 for the remainder of the reg season and in their 1st round playoff series.
