The playoffs are comin so the question needs to be asked what jersey will the spirit of Detroit be rockin Red Wings or Pistons? The D is Hockeytown so do the pistons get the shaft? Do the pistons have the cities heart love and support enough to overtake the red wings and get their jersey up there?

i can't vote because my choice is to make it half and half. i think that would be sweet to show that both teams are looking to win championships this year.

The Pistons had a hard time selling tickets in Detroit and that is why they built the Palace out in the cornfields (as Coleman Young said). I gotta give it to the Wings. They still play downtown, on the river.

How about Piston jersey with Wings sleeves. We'll probably see both, taking turns.

Funny, I brought this up with some friends the other day...

Maybe a Pistons Jersey and a Red Wings Cap... or visa versa.

But in reality your poll is kind of biased. I mean it is posted in a Detroit Pistons fan website.

And there are people like me around who more or less know that ice is involved in hockey, but... well, there is some kind of stick too.

Someone took me to an NHL all star game at the Cap Center, but all I remember is that everyone could skate backwards really fast.

I promise not to vote in any more polls that involve hockey.

Funny, because the Wings actually play in Detroit, but the fans mostly live in the suburbs. The Pistons play way out in the 'Burbs, but the city is all about the Pistons.

One of the greatest moments I can remember was Jefferson ave parked up from downtown all the way past Van Dyke the night the Pistons won. Ain't nothin like a Detroit Basketball Championship Party!

I say we give the Detroit City workers some overtime!

On days that the RedWings play, the Redwing jersey is in place. On days the Pistons play, the Pistons jersey is in place. On days they both play, we alternate!

I say a Piston's jersey because I hate the Wings.
