I know you guys think I may need to be admitted to Eloise for evaluation, but, if we could throw a new look at the heat for a few minutes, it may break up whatever they may have going on at the time.

I bet you one buck fifty that the heat did not do a scouting report on J-Max, no planning whatsoever.

Did we not do the same thing with Tayshaun a couple or more years back. Orlando had no clue that we had a secret weapon. We caught them purely off gauard. Never in a million years did they expect a scraggly faced rookie to have that much of an impact on the game.

I say we throw him out there, see what he can do.

I like J-Max and I think he will contribute in the future but now is not the time to throw him in there. Miami is a veteran team and Riley a very good coach, he would probably foul out in that 3-5 minutes.

J-Max will get his time, not in this series though.

I would be very interested in seeing what Maxiell could do defensively against Shaquille O'Neal. Historically, it's been mostly the smaller, quicker players - guys with big butts and low centers of gravity - that have been able to irritate him the most.

But, as Dlev says, now is not the time to experiment, particularly since Flip is unwilling to even use Dale Davis.

Eloise! Been a long time since I heard that name. Used to live in Inkster and Wayne, so I'd go past it all the time. Thanks for reminding me -- I even found a website:

Back to the topic, I wouldn't mind matching Max with Zo. He might get him thrown out!

Wow Lanierfan I have not lived in Detroit in a long while, they finally tore it down huh. My mother use to tease us kids all the time telling us if we were not good kids she would send us all to eloise lol.

Playing JMax smells a little too much of desperation at this point. I hope it doesn't have to come to that, although you know I am pulling for the kid to get playing time, at any time.

It's a game time decision thing. They can undress Cato or Delfino.

They should Put Delf in street clothes and Flip and call his number. That'll fry him up.

I like the idea in a Game 1 or 2, but not in an elimination game. Too much at stake.

Agree with Micro and Bill. Too much at risk and not fair to the Kid or the rest of the bench.

An elimination game isn't the time to get your feet wet. J-Max hasn't played all season.
