Why dump the Pro Bowl if the guys ARE trying.............that makes no sense to me.

Nick Castellanos is playing outfield for Double-A Erie tonight. It's just a matter of time before he is up with the big club. This will put a little pressure on Boesch to start producing.

I have the arm to play second base. I'm pretty sure I could hit close to .160, too. Where do I sign up?

I'll have to get Dombrowski's number.

    Does anyone have Dombrowski's number?

There's a guy at the local eye clinic who went to High School with Dombrowski. Maybe he has Dave's number.
Otherwise I may need to go to Mr. Illich to get the number.

Meanwhile, you keep hittin' off of the "T", stay in shape, and I'll get back to you as soon as I get the word.

Interesting stat.................11 of the 14 American League teams are within 2.5 games of a playoff spot.
Kinda crowded for the Tigers to have a chance............they'll just have to be very good the 2nd half.

Shame on Kansas City, Minnesota, and Seattle..............:)

    Kate Upton -- vaa-vaa-vooom !
JV is 8 and 6, he got in on popularity. Which is good for Detroit and the Tigers as other newbies wait their turn.
One run wasn't enough for AL.

I've had many Tigers on my fantasy roster..........and have dropped them all due to underperformance.
Now............they'll be a mad rush to pick up these guys as they get stronger.

Gotta like somebody who is willing to put Tigers on the fantasy team.........good luck with those guys.

6 teams now in the AL with 44 or 45 wins............the pressure is on.............

I would put Verlander, Fielder or Cabrera on my fantasy team in a heartbeat. After that, it's a crap shoot. I dropped Austin Jackson after a slow start. Oops.

Verlander had a career 2nd half last season............he's feeling the pressure now to be up to the task............he may fold.

I remember sending off Yovani Gallardo..........early in the season also.

He's 7-6 with a 3.74 REA..........I think he finally made it off the bench of Inge.

yea.......Jackson turned out to be a surprise.
