I don't know that anyone is blaming Tinsley or saying that he did anything wrong. But it seems to me that in a lot of cases, these types of incidents can be avoided with a bit of discretion.

Tinsley's includes all sorts of articles about trial dates being delayed and shooting incidents. Maybe fantasy leagues ought to include a category for run-ins with the police.
