We got to undo a portion of one of Joe's miscues (i.e. one of the things that he was previously forced to do when his hands were tied).

Do you think he's found his niche...or is he just on a streak?

I've seen 4 years of stagnant basketball with little improvement in his skills and his smarts from the player that Joe drafted. We've seen about 1 month of a "new and improved" version of this guy who seems to have added a little bit of versitility to his offensive game besides taking to the chest of his defender.

Right now? - I consider this a streak.
If he can keep this up? - He's found his niche.
If he can continue to improve? - He'll be worth $8.5 million per year.

Agreed...that's why I don't judge Stuckey's worth til next season...

He may have increased his value, but like you, I just won't claim that yet.

If you're a Piston and want to be traded, the key is to be disruptive:

When you say "tells a lot more about JD", do you mean this in a disturbing kind of way?

I just don't think Joe should give the "key" for leaving town....to the media. Just like you stated.

I can't speak for Nemo but it disturbs me.
He seems to be giving credit to Bynum, Daye and Garbage for not whining about playing time/their situation.
To paraphrase Chris Rock; he's giving them credit for something that they're suposed to do.
    They're supposed to be professional!

...and as useless as these three guys have been these season, they have nothing to whine about!
I'd trade any one of these guys for a 2nd round pick. Heck, I'd give a team a 2nd round pick just to take CV off our hands for a dozen White Castles.

That top spot is when the Celtics were spanking everybody around. During that 9-year "trade drought" they made the finals every year and won it all 8 times. There really was no reason to trade for that team.

Maybe you're right, he is not a nice defender, but he can play. Hickson is making a real good impression for the Blazers.
Last night 23 points and 13 rebounds.

We should have trade for him as I suggest!

Any thoughts on Vasquez? He's making $1.19M and averaging 9.0 assists per game to 3.5 tovs this season. 3rd in the NBA in assists.

One of the best floaters in the league, good 3-point stroke, decent length, passionate natural leader.

Was a teammate of Durant's in HS.

Did you mean to say this type of individual. :kev:.

Seems like a racist comment to me.

    Hopefully, you meant Joe.

I'm game for this one. He's 6'6", so has the length to bother other PGs. Don't know how good he is defensively in transition. But, he'd be a nice upgrade over Knight/Stuckey/Bynum trifecta.

2nd in assists in the NBA? I don't think we are the only team who would be interested on a rookie contract dishing out 10+ a game
