The Low and TheeTFD hung out at the game and with Ronnie Nunn afterwards. That's simply great. I'm sure The Low will let everyone know how the convo with the league's head of officiating went.
If you can believe it, someone finally paid at least a little attention to Detroit. This is from Marty Burns today, at SportsIllustrated.com:
Sweet! Big shout out to Low and his recap as well. We have a world class product here at PistonsForum.Com and Low's excellent commentatry speaks to that point. I am really getting excited about Acker and Maxiel. The initial analysis is very encouraging.
About Nunn, we bought up the fact Cuban did an indepth critic of the Finals refs. and calls. And suggested to Nunn the computer was the way to go because, as he said, it's 4 on 1. Teams 1 and 2, the players and the fans vs the refs. And the refs should explain/defend themselves. ... We noticed they called numerous "traveling" and "blocking" but not one "palmming". Nunn mostly said, the coaches were telling the players to be aggressive and physical but that aint what the refs were to condone!

WHOO WHOO for JMAX. If Flip doesn't play him I am going to lose it. THE LOW- you are the man. Keep it coming, brother.
The Low taking a picture with Nunn is beyond ironic. There's not even a word for it. It's "uber-ironic."
After I checked the score yesterday I thought that was a real exciting game. The Low pointed out though there was 70 foul calls! That's way too many.
Sounds like the refs are getting ready for "the new NBA" as well. 70 foul calls could lead to an extra 40 or 50 points in scoring from the stripe. C'mon now fellas, let's get that scoring up! It's what market analysis has shown the "fans" want.
