I hate how they do that. The "in season rank" should be the one that fluctuates, and the other, a constant to compare against.

I mean, seriously, what is the point of a floating original rank anyways?

O-Rank doesn't stand for original rank.

It stands for Yahoo Overall Rank.

O-Rank=Player's overall Yahoo! Sports ranking (based on current and prior seasons).

Rank=Player's ranking based on stat filter selected.

:pound: Most excellent webz. I'll take a look at your roster and get back to you. We'd have to get approval from the Commish. Maybe in the super sleeper league we should just have unlimited moves what with so many of our guys riding the pine so much, changing rotations etc.

It is a little wierd to try to win with these 140+ guys, isn't it? I love this league though. I find it alot of fun to watch my guy's games and root for them to get off the bench.

Recently witnessed by my basset hound Prince Faisel during a Nuggets game:

"C'mon coach what're you doin' out there? Put Najera in. That overhyped shoe salesman Carmelo is killin' us. He's a momentum killin' superstar. Najera! We need a difference maker off the bench. Najera! (thump thump thump fist on desk) Najera! (thump thump thump) Najera! (thmp thump thump)."

yeah i vote for more moves. having more moves doesn't make it any less set and forget. if you don't wanna change your lineups, you don't have to. i've got a nice tactic going too, but garbajosa recently became centre-eligible so that tactic is no longer required.

i've kind of tweaked my roster over the season to include more rookies and young up-and-comers. its way more exciting to be riding along with these guys through their ups and downs, rather than the injury battling vets who have been around for years.

ps - we won't mention how you did against me in both sleeper and open leagues last week...
my number 1 draft pick is letting me down. seriously, i had the 3rd pick overall but the difference between 1 and 2 and the rest of the sleeper nation is just ridiculous.

in case all you out there forgot:
    1 - kevin martin
    2 - deron williams
    3 - eddy curry

its not fair i tell you.

I think more moves would be a good thing
Besides, it's true, having the #1 pick has given me a major advantage, since Kevin Martin is playing huge and we already had one week played when the league was founded.

I'll wait for a few opinions and then make a move...or not...depending on the consensus

I'm for bumping to 50. It's fun to scrounge around and find players to try for a few weeks just for the fun of it. So 50 seems like it would be plenty. If there's 82 games, wouldn't that be the ability to make a change roughly every 2 games? hat seems like plenty, unless you feel you need to revamp your whole team constantly.

I like the 25 rule. It may give those of us who are patient a post All Star game boost!

    Use your moves wisely, GM!
