I think the guy is a lunatic and lacking class. However, I wouldn't be surprised if he produces a spectacular football team over the next 3 years.

Michigan doesn't want to find themselves in in-between land like the Pistons. If you're not #1, then blow it up and do what you think you need to do to get there. If it means a few losses to the Apalacian State/ Michigan State's of the football world during the transition, then so be it.

By the way, I named my cat RichRod, so I may be biased.

I agree...it's either return to glory or tear it down and start over. I think RichRod the cat will be alive long after RichRod the coach is gone. As long as he's not playing in traffic or doing other risky things.

Mouse did get hit by a car in 1988. He usually hung out in the backyard, so not sure what he was doing out front.

My friend had a pet Wolverine that got tore up and killed by a Badger last year.

I don't think so. It happened in Wisconsin.

Wolverines don't make very good pets due to their ferocity and tendancy to win more national championships than your team... woops, lost the analogy there.

I think there must be some sort of correlation between liking the wolverines and being interested in ancient history.

A badger is a very tough animal, but understand that the wolverine is the most ferocious mammal in the animal kingdom. It would not lose to a badger. Also remember...Michigan is known as "The Wolverine State"

All it will take is this season for State fans to fall from grace in the state of Michigan. Michigan will win more games than state. It will happen this season.
