He has been very impressive.
Free is always the best kind of anything!! Thanks for the link.
Deron with the hottest block of the day!!
Deron Washington is stupid athletic! A couple follow up dunks and a sick block on the break... wow
Daye has a sweet stroke. Summers looks like he can get 10 minutes a game this season.
They had a pretty good game. I got the feed in the 3rd quarter, so i missed the first half. Looks like Day, Summers, and Jonas all had good games.
As much as it's just Summer League gotta remeber Stuckey made a good impression his rooki uear in Summer League. I liked the Dajuan Summers pick and think he might the "Steal" of the draft....at least I hope so !!
I think Summers & Daye should get 10+ MPG next year. It's not like we're going to the finals. Let's see what they can do now!
Deron Washington looks like he plays PF out there...I like his game
Washington 4-12 from the line, he needs to work on that.
Washington-Summers-Daye shining brightly in Detroit?
Game 2 Recap
Detroit Pistons Summer League: Game Two Recap
"Game two for the Detroit Pistons in the Las Vegas Summer league came down to the last couple of possessions. Dajuan Summers sealed the game with two clutch free throws with 4.7 seconds remaining giving the Pistons a 91-87 win over the Toronto Raptors.
Summers had another good game to go along with his player of the game performance in game one. He finished the game with 19 points and six rebounds, going 7-17 from the field and 1-4 beyond the arc.
He flashed some strong play-making ability beating coverage along the baseline multiple times, finishing with reverse lay-ups. He also had a powerful dunk courtesy of an assist by Austin Daye halfway through the first quarter.
Daye had the best Piston performance of the afternoon, finishing with 19 points, eight rebounds, while going 8-14 from the field and 2-4 from the three point line. One of those treys was from deep downtown to, this kid has some serious range.
Daye was also a pest on defense altering a number of shots with his crazy long arms. Although he wasn't credited with a block he certainly made his presence known."

Re: Game 2 Recap
He definitely had at least one block, if not two. One of those was clearly a block.

Re: Game 2 Recap
I hope they don't rip him off in the stats department like they did to Darko and Amir....
Why aren't these stupid coaches playing Trent Plaisted more? I guess they don't like stopping the pick & roll!
He would have had 16 points, 20 boards and 4 blocks if he played the full 48.
Thanks for the link!
Hate to say it but Trent Plaisted will never make the team.
Hate to say it but Trent Plaisted might just make the team
Jerebko with 8 PF's in only 20 some minutes? He's supposed to be a good defender too. They need to call these games more like real NBA games.
