I've seen him hit a few jumpers from 15-18 ft range and his shot looked good, almost as good as Dice's used to be when he was here. They weren't flat. So, he has the capability to hit those. I agree that he hasn't shown any consistency so far. But, they just looked promising.
He has a lot of touch around the basket (with proper spins off the glass, etc). And I agree that he puts nice arc on his shots.
I'm no expert, but I've always liked his form. I see no reason why he won't get good at that aspect of the game.
