Pistons by 25. Clueless Sophomore Coachs new 9-man rotation will do to the Pistons what Amar'e has done to the Knicks, what Ruth did to the Yankees and what Sly did to directing.

    PO here we come!

Clippers by 11. Hamilton, CV, and TMac had lucky shooting nights against Atlanta. (Percentage wise they really didn't have that much luck but comparably to their past shooting performances I would wager that they revert back to 33% or worse shooting this game)

I want them to win in big fashion with the same lineup that they played last game though and hope that there is some intangible factor that they are benefitting from with this new configuration. The season history up to this point suggests that the Atlanta game was an anomaly though.....so I won't be surprised if we get destroyed.

Clippers looking for their first road win of the season. The Pistons are 6-6 at home, so there is a possibility that the Clips could pull through... Big Ben coming off twisted ankle so lets see how he fares vs Blake

Stuckey should have been in street clothes tonight too... what an awful showing for him so far.

Daye is out because of slight hamstring pull.

Blake looks like a bobble head every time he gets contact. For a big guy that wants to bang he pulls a manu every time he gets touched

He's an aggressive player - didn't work well in the first half. But in quite a few games this season, he has turned it around in the 2nd half - the sign of an improving player, and a confident player, IMO.

BTW, McGrady looks excellent running the club, and it looks to me like he plays well with Stuckey.

I still think we should trade McGrady, but I can see the allure of keeping him around - he's a hell of a player.

Yeah, Blake looks like he gets thrown off his game a bit - but man, what a talent. He looks like the most intriguing PF to come into the league since Chris Webber.

Hes athletic as all hell. Kinda reminds me of Dyess when he first came into the league..but dyess could shoot the ball better.

Pistons down by 5 51-46 at the half.

The bench play is the only thing keeping the Pistons within reach.

Stuckey, Rip and Ben were no match for the young Clips in the first qtr and were pulled at the 8:30 mark and Rip and Ben were never seen again. The three of them produced 6 pts, 3 assists ,2 brds and 5 turnovers in their short stint.

Meanwhile, CV, Bengo, & Max have delivered 28 pts with Tmac dishing out 5 assists. Tmac is our leading rebounder at the half too as the Pistons 12 boards are just one more than Blake Griffin's 11. Also I am sure that Griffin has more dunks than the Pistons as he already has a double-double at the half with 14 and 11.

Didn't think it was possible, but Stuckey is actually playing worse in the second half.... channeling his inner Bynum.

well, hopefully q gets the bench in before the score gets too far outta reach. If this game doesnt show how unathletic our starting 5 is nothing will. The clips look twice as quick out there and our bigs cant even dunk the ball

The McDyess comparison is a good one. Athletically they were both unbelievable. Was Antonio that great a shooter when he first came into the league?

Monroe is getting a lot more active - just missed a nice tip in - 5 point swing as the Clippers ran down the floor and hit the corner 3.

Someday, the Pistons will be good enough again to not give up 3 automatic points everytime they miss a shot near the rim.

There go those tired/slow starters getting out played and out hustled in the third qtr again. Q finally calls a TO at 5:42 and then comes out with the same guys......
