there were only two buyers - Dallas and Cleveland - rest of the NBA either stood pat( or made minor trades) or were sellers. And when I said "buyers", it means - teams ready to absorb huge salaries and are willing to pay lux tax. Conclusion - it is practically impossible to dump either rip or tay or both for expirings. the only way to trade tay and rip: let 'em to play well and one or two contenders may find them worthy in the summer or at next trade deadline.
