Washington Wizards Dec.17th, 7:30 PM TV - FS Detroit HD, NBALP Radio - WDFN 1130 This will be the third meeting between these teams this year. Each has a victory on their home floor.
The defensive rotations were better against Charlotte than against Indy, but both the defense and the offense need a lot of work. Curry needs to get the kids into the gym and work on some things. This is a crucial stretch for him. The team has to come out looking a lot more organized come Wednesday.
We'll destroy them you have my word. From here on out we'll get better steadily. I predict we will have found our identity by the all-star break. Just my opinion.
i am going to wake up at 03:30 am to watch this game... i hope the pistons will give me a good reason for this.
Iverson for MVP...Again If Pistons let AI play like in the 4th quarter all season then Pistons will have a chance.
Big nights for Stuckey and AI, and a decisive win down the stretch that was close until the Wiz showed their true colors as one of the worst teams in the league. Man, they SUCK...how the heck did the Pistons lose to them?! I'm not a small-ball booster, and it's especially tough when Sheed doesn't show up. Not many bench minutes tonight beyond Dice, with only JMax and AA getting any time at all beyond the first 6. I guess there were no garbage time minutes for the bench because of the meltdown against Charlotte. Dre wanted to pull the A team and put in Hannibal, Murdock, and B.A. Baracus, but Curry wasn't having it.
I didn't see the game, but we won!!!! And judging from the boxscore, Tay will be dead by all-star break, Amir will ask to be traded, and Kwame Brown could not care less; he's making 4 mil a year.
Stuckey (aka the Butler) really turned things around for them going down the stretch. AI seem to be open all night and was able to drive to the hoop pretty much at will. Sheed, with another tech (#9) and another I am not into this game performance.. 1-8 shooting, 2 pts and 4 boards. Tay had a double-double, so the Palace fans get something like a free burrito or Pizza :eatpizza: The Piston defense was once again porous, but bad shooting by the Wiz midway through the 4th qtr after they had come to within one point at 63-62 was enough to push the victory in the Pistons direction...so can we say that the Pistons D held the Wiz to 33.3% shooting or was it just bad shooting on their part? Three in a row... beat the Jazz on Friday and I will really start smiling again
I don't understand this minute thing in this forum. For example AI plays 45 mins per game in his career (in some games he plays all the game long) and he still plays at high level (maybe more) in playoffs. So i mean how u can be sure that tay will be tired.I don't think so.To me, if some basketball player plays more minutes he will get better and be more energetic. If he is not older than 35. Except sheed and mcdyess all pistons can play 48 mpg in the season. @LA Dre Did you really watch the game?AI has been doubled all the time. Please stop lying.
Another great performance from Stuckey and AI I thought the 'Zards took themselves out of it, by trying to go at AI with Stevenson, instead of riding their All-Star SF Caron Butler. Dice and Max were very physical and there was a lot of hustle from everyone. Man, Stuckey makes some great passes. You can really see the maturity from last season to this season. He's coming along nicely.
