Since he's cheap and soon to expire, it seems like the only team that would want him would be a contender so that they can use him for the remainder of the season.

I like Stuck for the amount that we are currently paying him though. I even like him for more.

The author is reading too much into the failed extension I think because of the upcoming lockout. Nobody is getting extended.

That is not laughable by any means, Clev sucks and is going to suck for a while, if we can get a 1st rdr from them (which will be a lottery pick) that would be a coup.

I think that Stuck is not getting extended secondary to the pending sale of the team. In watching today's game I'm convinced that the offense is 10 times better when McGrady is running the point. I would start T-Mac at the 1 w/ Stuck at the 2. BG comes off the bench and Rip is SOL.....!!!!!

You just have to trade guys if you have too many of them. Otherwise you make them look bad and diminish their trade value.

Joe painted himself in a corner with all of the SG's.

Rip, Ben, and Stuckey would all be great pieces for a contender to pick up. If nothing else, they'd be killer 6th men.

Pay no mind. The big question, from my end, is still the asking: can he continue to round out his game?

His monolithic mindset is very, very tough. Going forward, he obviously projects (and don't forget you need the mind's eye to get the plow opening the pathway) a very tough out (in a baseball sense). I have yet to see an NBA out-front guard (in any position) handle his get-forward movement.

He is beginning to understand, with other off-handed adjustments, (it is not natural to him like a Nash) what I like to describe as the "Papillon" flight. It becomes the dance of the butterfly: a slight wing movement that propels a float that adjust to what is before you and must be discovered.

Stuckey is now all semi-hummingbird. Whether the butterfly?

I refuse to give up on him.

I like #1 better for us but #2 seems like win-win-win for all three teams.

I like # one better than the second one. Getting Zach should be a priority to shore up the middle on both ends of the court. Letting max and Rip go, gives Daye, Summers and possibly Terrico when he comes back more PT

    Five 1st rounders for Melo?

Nuggets want five picks for ’Melo - NBA - Yahoo! Sports

They're not asking for much, are they?

Umm, and, why aren't we part of this discussion?

Re: Five 1st rounders for Melo?

Unlike most I like Troy, great 3 point shooter and helluva rebounder, not a very good defender, but it ain't like we have any of those anyway.
