This is an instance where you can make a comparison without a problem. Flip is George Karl 2.0.

It's a hard comparison to make.

One guy stands there and twitches while his team is getting smoked. He's afraid to yell at his players due to the fact that they don't have a reason to respect him.

...The other guy yells his head off but his but his players don't listen due to the fact that they don't have a reason to respect him.
At least Karl calls the occasional time-out when it's appropriate.

I see the comparison because Karl had the Soncis atop the L in wins a few years in a row and lost early in the playoffs.

13 and 11 off the bench isn't bad. We were never to high of him. He's gonna be an all-star.

The Bucks game showed that we are not too high on him. He's going to be the next thing and everyone that doubts him now is going to be looking just like this

It was bodyslammed to the floor by Shaquille Oneal.

He was slammed into the darn ground against the Suns for crying out loud!!! Were you paying attention at all?? Boston?? Every time he tried to guard Rondo, the punk ref is blowing the whistle like Rondo is some superior PG. Can even point your finger at that game cause one man show aint going to get done against Boston....remember Lakers in Finals??

Well Lebron could have very well ended Boston, but Lebron choked in Game 5. I mean self-induced choking. Missing routine lay-ups in the final minutes of the game, etc.

And I'm going to wait for consistency against real opponents before i judge. Yes I'm keeping in mind that he had that dizzy spell and that he hurt his wrist not long after that. he says he's all good now, so lets just let it play out.

[strike]and his jumper is still ugly. like, Rondo ugly[/strike]

I think he is as good as advertised and more. I think the Suns' series when he was body slammed by Shaq is enough to keep you out of sync for a bit.

I was hit by a diesel about 10 years ago, I was out for about a month, lol.

Now that we cleared out CB and made room for Stuckey to blossom, here's how the 2 compare on the season.

    Stat- CB/ RS

    Pts- 309/ 135
    Reb- 45/ 38
    Ast- 123/ 59
    Stl- 25/ 16
    Blk- 5/ 2
    TO- 28/ 30
    PF- 25/ 40
    FTA- 93/ 47
    FT%- 90%/ 74%
    eFG- .513/ .410
    3's hit/ 34/ 2

Stuckey is only leading in 2 categories. We need him to roughly triple his scoring and assists to get to an all-star level.

Man TaS, ...that's just not fair. I don't think that anyone actually thinks that Rodney is even on the same level as Chauncey at this stage of his career. (DOES anyone think that?)

Maybe a better comparison might be Chauncey's numbers from his 2nd year in the league compared to Stucks.

When Chauncey was here, people thought that. Now, I'm pretty sure you're right.

Or play as many minutes as CB...

    pts 309-216
    reb 45-61
    ast 123 - 94
    stl 25-26
    blk 5-3
    to 28-48
    fou 25-64
    fta 93-75

...and increase scoring and assists by only 40%.

    It does point out that...

    - CB is an extraordinarily bad rebounder
    - RS only throws the ball to his own team twice as often as he throws it to the opposition
    - RS either gets no respect from the refs or hasn't a clue how to play defense (probably a combination of the two)

But, yes, he's not ready for major minutes.

Keep in mind that Stuck is still mainly getting off on other teams' reserves. He's not being guarded by Jason Kidd and he's not driving to the hoop with KG roaming.

    * I should really reitterate that I'm pro Stuck. Just showing the numbers to provide a realistic picture.

AI should be the one matching Chauncey at this point, since his salary says he's the better player.

Now I'm sitting here trying to figure out if being guarded by Kidd is a hinderance or a help to your stats.

    But, I get your point.
