The Mavs fans celebrated as if they had won the series....the arena dropped streamers etc as they knew this was probably the last time there will be a game there this season. Good game though for both teams.

I think it might be Billups idea to sit the Birdman for game 4. Why? Well I was reading this article ESPN - OTL: The Disposable Superstar where there was an incident with Carmelo where he refused to come out during a game with the Pacer. The front office in Denver suspended him but as it turned out it was Billups idea to probably teach Carmelo discipline. The Birdman was out of control during game 3 on Saturday. There's probably no food poisoning whatsoever and Denver probably didn't want to get press for benching one of their top player during the Playoff.

Am I paranoid? I don't think so. I wished Billups had influenced the front office in Detroit to bench the whole front line during a couple of seasons when they weren't doing their job.

I know. No one celebrates mediocrity like Mark Cuban.

I believe it was Billups' idea for Melo to sprint out after the suspension (not to be suspended in the first place).

There is no way Billups benched the Birdman and had him go along with a fake diarrhea excuse. :pound:

Kenyon Martin's mother looks like the sweetest person on earth. Who could someone A.) yell at her and B.) throw beer at her? That is sick. I don't know how you could hold K-Mart accountable if he went in the stands and beat someone.

Didn't Antonio Davis go into stands about 4 years ago when some fans were threatening his wife/family?? I think that was the last season he played too...

These guys who don't get a box for their family are idiots. I mean, how can the players not get a box for all of their wives and mothers and whatever?

Well if it is a road game, it may be difficult unless you know someone there and can set up the accommodations in advance...

I didn't read this, but wasn't AD's wife at least somewhat the aggressor in that one?

Kenyon's mom was just sitting there clapping politely.

They couldn't wait till Dallas leave to play the song "Taking care of Business". Man what a game! L.A. you're next sucka.

Joe Dumar is the dumbest person on the planet at the moment isn't he?

Barkley is a tour de force. The buildup to his push-up contest against a female camera woman was awesome. He lost.

Barkley did more than I thought he would do even though some of them were half pushups...bottom line he is in decent shape for a seemingly overweight 45 year old. The camera woman was great IMO and I would have definitely lost to her now and 15 years ago when I was 39...:)

Whoever says its too early/its not fair to decide winners and losers in trades is lying.

Dumars lost. I'm teetering on whether that this deserves to be his fatal and terminal mistake. It's not like we should trust what he does with his draft picks and his cap space.

If Denver loses its because they lost to a super elite power in LA. Not because Chauncey is a complacent ass.

You're not a Billups fan are you? You probably think it's all Billups fault that the Pistons lost all of the previous five trips to the Conference Finals.

Do you know why Denver is winning this season? it is because they are hungry, they wanted it. Aside from McDyess and Billups name one other person on the Pistons roster in the past five years that was hungry to another championship.

That's it...Joe Dumars traded a Leader hall of famer for a Scorer hall of famer (with cap space).
