Haha yeah you are probably right. TMac picked the Lakers to win the west..what a traitor, not even supporting your own team.

If he did and they actually do it, he would be traded right away and send into retirement....being a selfish guy who told the media about him being done for the season instead of going to the coach first, why he wanna support his own team all the way to the ship?

This NO "Yellow-Out" is insane! It looks like their crowd is on the court like a HS game.

Enjoying the den/hornets games.....lots of emotion, technical fouls, flagrant fouls, stupid plays by chandler and jr smith, both teams hate each other......good playoff game

Hornets escape with a victory....I am surprised that Billups didn't come down and shoot a three to tie the game instead of going to the hoop for the possible and 1 situtation. Yeah he got the two FT's but....

The steal set the Nuggets up for the win, but they couldn't get the ball in Mr. Bigshot hands and Melo was thrown off with the deflection and took the offbalance shot.

It's official now ::: PISTONS ONLY TEAM NOT TO WIN IN THIS POSTSEASON:yellowprison:

I can't bring myself to like a team with Artest on it. Besides that, Brandon Roy just looked crushed after the game, and i like him so go POR! LOL

I am rooting for the Rockets only because Portland is one of Stern's darlings. I root against anything Stern loves including kobe, lebron, blazers, heat, wade, etc.....I can root for houston, dallas, sixers, nuggets, magic.

Maybe I've missed something but how is Portland one of Stern's faves?

I'm not sure either. I'm sure every team has fans that are sure Stern hates them. Just like us.:stirthepot:

They are everything that I wish the Pistons were. And subconsciously everyone here wishes we had a defender like Artest, who I've stated before, hasn't acted up once in a very long time.

Portland ain't tough enough, so I don't feel bad for them. Any team getting destroyed that badly on the glass doesn't deserve a win.

Guys like Artest, Battier, Landry, and even little guys like Lowry getting their knees scraped fighting for boards? Eff it, I LOVE that team. Portland is jello, as talented as they are.

Nuggets destroyed Hornets by 58 pts, 121-63 and tied the NBA record for the largest margin of victory in a playoff game. When I turned the game on it was 95-50 with about 8 mins left on NBA TV...

The Nuggets scrubs including JR Smith and Kleisa played it like the game was close trapping and playing D until the final seconds. Karl was embarrassed, B Scott was embarrased and the two announcers were embarrased calling it and then were hooping it up hoping for a new margin of victory record.

Billups was +39 in 30 minutes.

26 assists and 3 turnovers for the series.

100 points. 32-34 from the FT line (.941).

    Wowser.

The announcers were a complete embarrassment. Denver should not have beeb hoisting 3's at the end either. Classless

I don't think you can expect mercy in a playoff game on your home floor. This isn't like Michigan vs. [STRIKE]Apalachian State [/STRIKE] some division II school.

Paul and Hornets, the NBA hype machine at work, and now the reality.

I agree. But good sportsmanship should still be displayed. Up by 60 and you are still shooting 3's and alley-oops.....classless

It seems like it is only classless if the winning team keeps their good players in the game.

You can't really expect scrubs to give it less than 100% and try to lose ground. Shooting 3's are classier than driving and drawing contact/ dunking, etc.

But I didn't watch the game, so I can't really say. I guess you had to be there.
