Your perception of thought is much better then hearing. Market value is very much like an invisible outline trail of the hegemony lines (defining the borders) that is sometimes called by the game of hop-scotch. Those visible chalk lines have more than superficial placements against the rain of weather patterns. It operates on continuous 24/7. The next day of sunshine leaves an ever and slightly hidden trace of border game behind. It is not from chalk, but the the continuous play of a slightly residue that has an etching of acid, called myth. The play continues without visible borders. The players appreciate the sunshine and rightfully adapt...if need-be, continue without the newly drawn chalk lines.

In short: the value has been set. It is $430 million for the obvious. There are slight marginals and that 10% of continuous ownership is more that any hiccup or my constant sneezing from spring allergies.
Still...it is recognized by the certain, that all is a continuous cycle of adaptation. Life is still good.

My guess is that Joe is interested in buying the team, but he's a few hundred million short. He's trying to get it down to his strike price.

The lines will be drawn with the chalk being held within the grasp of the buyer.
The game will be played based on trust and personalities. Only the winner will enjoy this game. All others will feel loss, except the lawyers.

P99, I'm wondering if you could've articulated "sunshine" better.
Nems, I think a 3-4 dialed Etch-a-Sketch is more like it. Buyer, owner, League, IRS etc.

The amount that they are off by sounds like is roughly the value of Hamilton or Gordons contract - i.e. 20-30mil.

So here is an idea. Sell the team for 390mil and slap on an additional idiot tax of 30mil for a total sales price of 420mil. Then the 30mil will be reimbused by the league provided that Gores agrees to buyout Gordon. Its a win-win.

    Yikes! Catching up.

Chalk markings are control outlines. Someone must draw them, yes? Who is the artist with the brush? Like all artist, they pick their medium and in the beginning are determined to fill that blank slate.

There is no buyer. There is no trust. In a sense, there is no winner. But, enjoy...yes! Upon success...there will be lawyers.

That taste of warm, called life. Everyone and ever thing is drawn out for you. Missing that boat?

Then have the courage in understanding you are a product of push and pull of deliverance. Self love is easy.

Deliver me, Lord, from the sadness as my own suffering which self-love might give,
but put into me a sadness like our own.

It was around 360mil but Davidson still gets to own a minority share.

Oddly enough, there was no poll choice for 360mil.

It is my understanding that the rounding figure is 10%.

You many want to add this to the total. Rounding up means close to 400M.

This was the bottom line for Stern. You don't mess with Stern.

so Gores got it for about $200M. KDavidson kept about 49% -I think I heard.
So $392-$410M gets the win. Majority got it right, but it's the lower end, Gores' price.
