Tay plays on a team where the other two perimeter players have the scorer's mentality. His big playoff games are proof that he'll fill the shots void if there is one. With Billups, Rip and the need to get some sorta interior scoring, there's no void. IMO Tay will never be a franchise scorer, but he can and should be a second or third option. It's just a matter of making him a priority in the offense. He'll do it, and he'll get assists too. I'm ready for a pure PG.
