Maybe we can start talking to this guy again. Looks like he has the right angle:
why nobody has not mentioned leaning tower of pisa?
He's even starting to dress like Gores...
So far it looks like Isaiah is the best fit.
I found this picture of Gores' cat:
I found this picture of Gore's kitty's tilted bag of cat food..
This thread is ROCKIN it! Notice the complete lack of tilt. Not a coincidence.
Looks like Tay would fit in with the new regime. We should re-sign him: The international fan base seems to be already on board:
When Pia Toscano left American Idol...She went to her comfort zone...
Gores is ecstatic This article actually makes me kinda excited myself. New Pistons owner Gores: I?m ?ecstatic? - macombdaily.com Doesn't sound like Joe's in the clear yet. Keep talking Tommy!
He certainly talks the talk...So did Michael Curry, before he got going also...
Re: Gores is ecstatic Gores should clean house with the staff and only keep Arne and Jerry the security guy.
Seriously. He sounds like he plans on working hard to build a winner. Also sounds like he plans on renting one of these for some of the old staff and players.
Re: Gores is ecstatic That guy communicates well with the players.
Re: Gores is ecstatic And also he guarded Villanueva very well and kept him away from the bucket...and Hollins....maybe he should be his personal defensive coach??
I cracked the code, speakin of Gores' statement: do not expect neither fast nor radical changes!
Actually, Tom Goes does not and will not own the Pistons. Platinum Equity will. And yes, he's the head of that, but it's still a different situation from Cuban in Dallas. It means the team will be one asset in their portfolio. I don't think the league has ever allowed a private equity corporation to own a team before, usually it's an individual or a group who form a legal entity to hold the team ownership. I'm not so sure this is a good thing.
